PVC Low Voltage Wire

The conductor is 0.3 - 120mm² stranded soft bare copper wire with high flexibility. The insulation is made of PVC polyvinyl chloride, which has good heat resistance and rated temperature of 70℃ and 105℃. It also has excellent oil resistance and mechanical properties, suitable for complex circuit connections inside the car.

Product Details
Product Description
Cross-linked polyethylene insulated low-voltage power cables are low-voltage wires specifically designed for automobiles, motorcycles, and other motor vehicles. Their conductors are made of soft annealed copper wires, which possess excellent electrical conductivity. These wires feature a single-core structure and are suitable for vehicle circuits such as starting, charging, lighting, signaling, and instrument panel circuits. They are particularly applicable to circuits with heat resistance requirements. Additionally, this product is suitable for power transmission and distribution lines in power systems with a rated voltage of 1kV or below.

PVC Low Voltage Wire

Executive Standard
For cross-linked polyethylene insulated low-voltage power cables, the applicable standard for production, inspection, and quality assessment is GB/T 12706.1. This standard clearly specifies key aspects such as the cable structure, performance, and test methods.

Product Features

  1. Cross-linked polyethylene insulated low-voltage power cables exhibit excellent insulation performance and extremely low dielectric loss, which can significantly reduce energy loss during power transmission. They also demonstrate outstanding electrical conductivity, enabling stable transmission of low-voltage electricity to meet various daily power consumption needs.

  1. The maximum allowable long-term operating temperature of the cable conductor is 90℃. In case of a short circuit (with a maximum duration not exceeding 5 seconds), the maximum temperature of the conductor shall not exceed 250℃. When laying the cable, the ambient temperature shall not be lower than 0℃ to ensure the smooth progress of the laying process. Meanwhile, the bending radius of the cable is generally not less than 15 times the outer diameter of the cable, so as to prevent damage to the cable structure during installation and laying.

  1. The cable has good heat resistance, with a thermal life of up to 40 years, and can maintain stable operation even when exposed to high-temperature environments for a long time.
