Automotive Wire
The conductor is made of soft copper wire twisted according to the requirements of B-type conductor. It has a small outer diameter and light weight, which is convenient for wiring in a narrow space. The insulation layer uses a special thin-walled polyvinyl chloride, which is oil-resistant, acid-resistant, alkali-resistant, moisture-proof, and can withstand temperatures from -40℃ to 105℃. It has high insulation resistance, good mechanical strength, and is easy to cut and strip, making it suitable for connecting vehicles and mobile equipment.
Product Description
The conductor is made of stranded multi-strand bare copper wires, and the insulation is thin-wall polyvinyl chloride (PVC) specially designed for automotive wires. The color marking is available in single-color or two-color options, and various colors can be selected according to customer requirements. It is mainly used for electrical and instrument connections in automobiles, motorcycles, and other vehicles, as well as for mobile connections in equipment such as motors, electric tools, and instruments. It features excellent mechanical properties such as high-temperature resistance and scratch resistance.
