1. Product Description

This product is a cross-linked polyethylene insulated power cable with a rated voltage of 0.6/1kV. It adopts cross-linked polyethylene as the insulating material, which possesses excellent electrical performance, heat resistance, and mechanical properties. The cable is suitable for power transmission and distribution systems with a rated voltage of 0.6/1kV or below.

Supplementary Notes

For flame-retardant cables, "ZA/ZB/ZC" shall be added before the original model, e.g., ZA-YJV, ZC-YJRV.

For low-smoke and halogen-free flame-retardant cables, "WDZA/WDZB/WDZC/WDZ" shall be added before the original model, e.g., WDZA-YJY, WDZ-YJY23.

 For fire-resistant cables, "N-" shall be added before the original model, e.g., N-YJV22, N-YJV. For flame-retardant and fire-resistant cables, "ZAN/ZBN/ZCN" shall be added before the original model, e.g., ZAN-YJV22, ZBN-YJV.

4. Product Characteristics

The rated voltage U0/U is 0.6/1kV, the maximum system voltage is 1.2kV, and the operating frequency is 50Hz.

 The maximum allowable temperature of the cable conductor is 90℃.

In case of a short circuit (with the maximum duration not exceeding 5 seconds), the maximum temperature of the cable conductor shall not exceed 250℃.

The ambient temperature for cable laying shall not be lower than 0℃, and the cable can be laid in trenches, troughs, cable trays, etc.
