Use high-purity annealed copper conductor, in line with GB/T 3956 standard, single wire can be tinned or non-tinned, ensuring low resistance and high conductivity.
Insulation Design
Double-layer co-extruded composite insulation structure, the inner layer is cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE), the outer layer is halogen-free low-smoke flame-retardant polyolefin, taking into account both electrical performance and flame retardancy. The heat resistance and mechanical strength are improved through the radiation cross-linking process, and the insulation life is significantly extended

Product Characteristics
The service life can reach up to 81.3 years at 70℃ and 76.2 years at 85℃.
The product features halogen-free, low-smoke, flame-retardant, fire-resistant, non-toxic, long service life, high operating temperature, and large current-carrying capacity.
The low-smoke performance of the cable meets the requirement of light transmittance ≥ 60%.
The halogen-free performance of the cable meets the following requirements: pH ≥ 4.3, electrical conductivity ≤ 10μS/mm, toxicity index ≤ 0.5%, and fluorine content ≤ 0.1%.
Adopting double-layer co-extrusion technology: the inner insulation uses irradiation cross-linked polyethylene to enhance the cable’s electrical properties; the outer insulation uses irradiation cross-linked halogen-free, low-smoke, flame-retardant polyolefin insulation material to improve the cable’s mechanical properties. In case of fire, the flame on the cable will extinguish automatically to prevent the spread of fire. During combustion, the cable will not release toxic gases and will reduce smoke emission
