Withstand voltage level
Rated voltage covers 6kV to 35kV, and the power frequency withstand voltage test standard is 1.5kV/5min without breakdown.
Temperature characteristics
The long-term allowable operating temperature of the conductor is 90℃, and the maximum withstand temperature is 250℃ when short-circuited (≤5s).
The laying environment temperature is required to be ≥0℃, and preheating is required in low temperature environments.
Conductor design
Copper core or aluminum core conductor, copper core has better conductivity, aluminum core has lower cost and light weight.
Multi-strand twisted structure enhances flexibility and tensile strength
Medium-voltage power cables with polyethylene insulation are medium-voltage power transmission cables that use polyethylene material as the insulation layer.
They possess excellent electrical performance, mechanical performance, and environmental resistance, and are widely used in power transmission and distribution in urban power grids, industrial zones, large-scale buildings, and other locations.
These cables can withstand medium-voltage levels, ensuring the safety and stability of power transmission.
This section applies to cross-linked polyethylene extruded insulation power cables with a rated voltage of 6kV to 35kV, which are fixedly installed in distribution networks or industrial installations. 2.2 It applies to power cables with rated voltages of 3.6/6kV, 6/6kV, 6/10kV, 8.7/10kV, 8.7/15kV, 12/20kV, 18/20kV, 18/30kV, 21/35kV, and 26/35kV.
