Product Description
This product is suitable for double-layer co-extruded insulated irradiated cross-linked halogen-free low-smoke flame-retardant and fire-resistant wires with a rated voltage of 450/750 V and below in industrial and civil buildings. Materials such as cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) or halogen-free low-smoke (LSZH) that have undergone special processing not only possess excellent electrical insulation performance but also can effectively resist flame, reduce smoke and harmful gas emissions. The protective layer provides additional protection, which can resist physical damage, chemical corrosion and environmental factors, ensuring the stable operation of the wires under complex working conditions.

  1. The service life can reach 81.3 years at 70℃ and 76.2 years at 85℃.

  1. The product has the characteristics of halogen-free, low smoke, flame retardancy, fire resistance, non-toxicity, long service life, high operating temperature and large current-carrying capacity.

  1. The low-smoke performance of the cable meets the requirement of light transmittance ≥ 60%.

  1. The halogen-free performance of the cable meets the requirements of pH ≥ 4.3, conductivity ≤ 10 μS/mm, toxicity index ≤ 0.5% and fluorine content ≤ 0.1%.

  1. The double-layer co-extrusion technology is adopted. The inner insulation uses irradiated cross-linked polyethylene to enhance the electrical performance of the wire, and the outer insulation uses irradiated cross-linked halogen-free low-smoke flame-retardant polyolefin insulation material to improve the mechanical performance of the wire. In case of fire, the fire on the wire will extinguish automatically, preventing the spread of the fire. When burning, the wire will not release toxic gases and will reduce smoke emission.
