Product structure

Corrugated copper metal sheathed inorganic mineral insulated cable is mainly composed of the following parts:

1. Twisted copper conductor: As the current transmission part of the cable, it uses multiple strands of copper strands, which have the characteristics of low impedance, large current carrying capacity and good flexibility.

2. Inorganic insulation material: It uses high temperature resistant (up to 900℃) inorganic mineral insulation mica tape for wrapping, and the insulation layer is tight and uniform, moisture resistant and flexible.

3. Inorganic fiber filler: Inorganic paper rope is used to fill the outside of the insulation layer to enhance the mechanical properties and fire resistance of the cable.

4. Corrugated copper sheath: The copper strip is cut and then argon arc welded into a copper tube, and then continuously rolled and corrugated to form a corrugated copper sheath, which has good high temperature resistance and corrosion resistance.

5. Outer sheath (optional): Under specific requirements, a layer of polyolefin (low smoke zero halogen) sheath can be added to the corrugated copper sheath to improve the corrosion resistance and environmental performance of the cable.
