Hualing Cable and Uzbekistan Ministry of Geology and Mines Sign MOU to Deepen Cooperation in Cable Innovation and Development
On July 30th, a delegation led by Hodalalev, Deputy Director of the Office of Geology, Mining, Beneficiation and Copper Deep Processing Projects of the Ministry of Geology and Mines of Uzbekistan (at the vice-ministerial level), Kodilov, Director of the Department of Localization and Departmental Relations Development of the Ministry of Mines and Geology, and Alayarov, Head of the Prospect Investigation Team for copper Processing Projects of the Ministry of Mines and Geology, visited Shandong Hualing Cable Co., Ltd. for an inspection and exchange. Wang Binghua, the chief engineer of Shanjin Construction Group, Zhao Shengli, the representative of Shandong Gold Group in Uzbekistan, and Zhao Ziqin, the manager of the Business Department, accompanied the research. Wang Zhaobo, the vice chairman of Shandong Hualing Cable Co., LTD., Dong Xiaozhu, the vice president and general manager of the sales center, Xing Lijiang, the vice president and chief engineer, and Sun Hanming, the director of the production center, warmly received them.
During the visit to the Hualing Cable exhibition hall, a group of leaders gained a thorough understanding of the company's development history, product research and development, corporate culture, as well as its achievements and industry contributions in five major fields including nuclear power, rail transit, and new materials. Dong Xiaozhu, the vice president and general manager of the Sales center, highlighted the innovative research and development achievements of cable products. Among them, the technical achievements such as being the first in China to create high-performance and long-life cables, being the chief editor of national industry standards, and developing the world's first ultra-low temperature cable have received unanimous praise. Hualing Cable has made up for the shortcoming of the domestic cable industry not researching and developing materials.
At the exhibition hall of Kehua Saibang, Dong Xiaozhu, the vice president and general manager of the sales center, highlighted the characteristics of various new types of composite materials, including "low-temperature resistant nylon materials, carbon fibers, high-performance modified nylon materials, polyester materials, and 3D additive materials", which were jointly developed by Kehua Saibang and the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus. It has been widely applied in fields such as rail transit, automobile manufacturing, and civil use at present. A group of leaders particularly highly praised the product characteristics of the new composite material, such as lightweight, resistance to high and low temperatures, and enhanced toughness.
Subsequently, the group of leaders visited the production workshop on the spot. Vice Chairman Wang Zhaobo gave a detailed introduction to the product production process, performance advantages, workshop equipment and current output value, etc. The product performance and application of the 70-year long-life wire and cable were unanimously recognized.
At the symposium, Holdalalev, deputy director of the Office of Geology, Mining, Mineral Processing and Copper Deep Processing Projects of the Ministry of Geology and Mines of Uzbekistan, gave a detailed introduction to the domestic industry situation and industry shortcomings in Uzbekistan. Wang Zhaobo, vice chairman of Hualing Cable, further introduced the domestic industry situation and the advantages of the company's products. Both sides had a detailed discussion on the next cooperation direction.
After friendly consultations, the two sides signed a Memorandum Of Understanding (MOU) in person regarding product innovation and research and development, mutually beneficial policies for overseas markets, talent cultivation, etc. The signing of this agreement aims to give full play to the advantages of both sides in their respective fields, achieve resource sharing and collaborative innovation, said Holdalev. The achievements of this exchange have provided favorable support for Uzbekistan to expand its overseas market, and we are full of expectations for future cooperation.
