Product Description:

This Cable Mine is a series of rubber-sheathed flexible cables for mining, specially designed for the coal mining industry. It is suitable for power connection of coal mining machines and similar equipment with a rated voltage of 1.9/3.3kV and below. The cable adopts tin-plated copper conductors, ethylene propylene rubber insulation and chlorinated polyethylene rubber sheath (some models contain semiconductive shielding), ensuring stable and reliable electrical performance.

Main features:

1. It is resistant to heat radiation, cold, acids, alkalis and corrosive gases, and has excellent waterproof performance, making it suitable for the harsh environment in underground coal mines.

2. The cable has a soft structure, is easy to lay, can withstand certain mechanical external forces, has outstanding anti-aging performance and a long service life.

3. The rated operating temperature of the conductor is 90℃, and the maximum temperature during a short circuit does not exceed 250℃ (with a duration of no more than 5 seconds), ensuring that the cable operates within a safe range.

4. When laying cables, the ambient temperature should not be lower than -25℃, and the bending radius should not be less than six times the outer diameter of the cable to facilitate installation and use.

5. It has flame-retardant properties, meets the safety standards for mining use, and ensures the safety of coal mine production.

6. Depending on the voltage level, the pressure that the cable can withstand also varies. For instance, 0.38/0.66kV can withstand 20kN of pressure, and 1.9/3.3kV can withstand 40kN of pressure, ensuring stable operation under various working conditions.

7. Multiple model options are provided, such as MC-0.38/0.66kV, MCP-0.38/0.66, MCP-0.66/1.14, MCP-1.9/3.3kV, etc., to meet the requirements of different equipment and working conditions.
