1.Product Description

The Japanese Standard AEX cross-linked polyethylene insulated low-voltage wire is a low-voltage wire specially designed for automobiles, motorcycles and other motor vehicles. Its conductor is made of soft annealed copper wire. As an internal connection wire for automobiles, it has excellent mechanical properties such as heat resistance, cold resistance, oil resistance and scratch resistance. It complies with JASO D608 Heat-Resistant Low-Voltage Cables for Automobiles.

2.Specification Standards

This wire is produced in strict accordance with Japanese automotive standards such as JASO D 608 and JASO D 611. Among them, JASO D 608 specifies various performance indicators of cross-linked polyethylene heat-resistant low-voltage cables for automobiles, including requirements for structure, materials, insulation color, conductor resistance, voltage resistance, insulation resistance, insulation tensile strength and elongation at break.
