Hualing Cable and National Academy of Sciences of Belarus Sign Strategic Cooperation Agreement on Lightweight Composite Materials for New Energy Vehicles
On July 31st, Academician Anya Grigoriyev of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus and a group of experts visited Hualing Cable for cooperation and exchange. Wang Zhaobo, Vice Chairman of Shandong Hualing Cable Co., LTD., Chairman of Shandong Kehua Saibang New Materials Co., Ltd. and Chairman of Shandong Hualing Industrial Park Development Co., LTD., and Li Xiaoyu, General Manager of Shandong Kehua Saibang New Materials Co., LTD., and other leaders warmly received them.
Both sides held an exchange meeting on the promotion of research and industrialization projects of lightweight new composite materials for new energy vehicles at the China-Belarus New Materials Industrial Park. During the meeting, Li Xiaoyu, the general manager of Kehua Saibang, based on domestic market demands and customer requirements, put forward demands regarding the research and development progress, formula cost control, key performance indicators, and product process realization of this project. Both sides analyzed the current international and domestic situation in the field of lightweight materials and had in-depth exchanges and discussions on the achievements to be realized in this project.
On the morning of August 1st, the company, in collaboration with Shandong University and the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus, held an exchange on materials. Academician Grigoriyev introduced the development history, personnel scale, research and development strength, existing achievements, and market applications of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus. Shandong University presented products in line with domestic market demands. The three parties discussed their respective advantages and convergence points. Lay the foundation for the cooperation among industry, academia and research.
On the afternoon of August 2nd, the two sides officially signed a cooperation agreement on the research and industrialization project of lightweight new composite materials for new energy vehicles. This agreement marks that the two sides will carry out long-term cooperation in the research and application of new composite materials and jointly promote the development of the new energy vehicle field. Wang Zhaobo, the vice chairman of Shandong Hualing Cable Co., LTD., said that being able to reach further cooperation on the project with the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus has provided strong support for the company's innovation and research and development. In the future, they will join hands to explore the broad prospects of composite materials in the field of new energy vehicles together.
